Ordering Prints
This may seem like a no brainer, but really it deserves its own section!
When you look at all of your images, or images in the blog, you may think they are all the same exact size. But in actuality they are not.
Our camera take photos at a 4×6 aspect ratio, in translation it means that if you choose to order a 4×6, it will look exactly as you did in your proofing gallery. So, the same applies for 8×12, 12×18, 16×24, as they are multiples of the original 4×6 ratio. But, lets say those are not the sizes you were wanting to order, you would like a 5×7, 8×10, or an 11×14, In these cases we would have to crop the image to fit.
Here is a visual of what I am describing:

So as you see the Image changes slightly in each size, I do want to say that some images can loose more, so please view below to see what I am referring to:

As you can see we run into the issue of coming very close to the edges with the image, and of course we do not want to loose any of the image.
To avoid this, I recommend the custom print sizes of 8×12, 16×24 and up. depending on the size you are getting. It allows us to make sure your image is just right! And custom sizes do not cost more, they are the same as the corresponding size, such as 8×10 and 8×12 would be the same as would 16×20 and 16×24. However, due to the custom size, you will need to get it custom matted or custom framed, or both. Please ask us to show you some studio samples to help you make your decision a little easier.
We also offer one more option, we can add a custom border, and then we can order it in the standard sizes, Below is an example of what we offer:

So I hope this helps in understanding how print sizes go.
