FAQ’s
For Weddings:
Q | What are digital negatives, and how can I use them? ( Please visit our digital negatives section for a more in-depth explanation)
A | Digital negatives are the high-resolution image files that we take with our professional-
level Nikon digital SLR cameras on your wedding day. With these images (and the copyright
release that we provide), you can make prints on your own, post the photos to Facebook, use
them as your desktop background, etc.
Q | Can we meet before any commitment is made?
A | Yes! I strongly encourage all brides to schedule a consultation with any photog-
rapher they are considering. You spend so much time with your photographer on your wedding day,
it’s important that you get along well with them. A consultation will
also give you the chance to see my albums and other products in person.
Q | What is required to reserve the date?
A | A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of 1/3 of your wedding collection.
Q | What are the payment options?
A | I accept all major credit cards (through paypal),cash, check, and money orders. Most clients
choose to pay in three installments, but monthly payments are available. The balance is due in
full 30 days before the wedding.
For Portraits:
Q | What is required to reserve the date?
A | A signed contract and a paid session fee are required to book your date and time.
We do understand ever changing schedules, but it is important for us to have the contract and session fee
so we can guarantee your session time.
Q | Do you charge a travel fee?
A | No. For the most part we include travel as far as 100 miles from our home base. For anything
past 100 miles we charge $50 per/hour. Please ask us for more information.
Q | What should we wear?
A | This is a very common question and we get it every day, so for all of you we have a section
just for you called “What to Wear”!
